Established in the year 1973, Troika Processes Private Limited is renowned organization involved in implementation and exporting a comprehensive range of Processing Plants. These include Solvent Extraction Plants, Vegetable Oil Refining Plants, Oil Milling Plants, Cattle Feed Plants, Hydrogenation Plants, Vanaspati / Hydrogenation Line and Processing Plant Equipment. We undertake projects and have expertise in technology, design, supply and installation of Solvent Extraction, Refining and allied plants related with vegetable oil industry. Our equipments are in operation at more than 270 installations spread over 28 countries across the globe.

Our designs takes into account all the aspects of industry including commercial aspect, operational safety aspect, the international quality standards and the latest technological advancements. Our organization is recognized with special reference to “Design and Supply of Plant and Machinery related to Vegetable oil Industries”. Moreover, we are recognized and approved by the Gosgortechnadzor of Russia (Federal Mounting and Industrial Surveillance of Russia) government department looking after safety aspects.

Backed by a strong, experienced team of professionals, we are equipped with all requisite facilities to provide full support to our customers during the implementation of project including techno-economic viability studies, site selection, and preparation of layouts and supply of equipment. Moreover, we also provide technicians during installation, start-up and impart training to the user, supported by after sales service.

We create the premium equipment for solvent extraction, oil refining unit, a cattle feed plant and hydrogenation plant. We also offer specially design equipment to update our client’s plant. Troika equipment are designed to get the desired quality products with cost efficiency.
